Delivery & Ordering

  • We deliver Tuesday–Saturday to Hamilton, Burlington, Carlisle, Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Dundas, Grimsby, Waterdown, Oakville, and Milton.
    • Please phone or email us if you are unsure if we deliver to your address
  • Local delivery is a flat rate of $15.
  • Orders placed by 7pm qualify for next-day delivery*
  • You may also select a future delivery date at checkout.

Delivery Window

  • Flowers are delivered between 10am-6pm, Tuesday–Saturday. 
  • We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
    • *If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday by 7pm, you qualify for the following Tuesday delivery.
  • We are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time, as routes are optimized daily based on order volume and locations.

If No One Is Home

  • In warmer months, our drivers may leave flowers in a safe location when possible.
  • In winter, we call ahead to avoid flowers being left outside to freeze.
  • If your order is a surprise, please ensure the recipient will be home and provide your phone number at checkout.

 

Substitutions

We design with fresh, seasonal flowers. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we may substitute with a similar flower of equal or greater value while preserving the look and feel of the arrangement.
