Sales, Refunds & Store Credit

Due to the perishable and custom nature of floral products, all sales are final.

If there is a significant issue due to an error on our part — such as incorrect delivery or a major quality concern — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos.

At our discretion, we may offer:
• A replacement arrangement, or
• A store credit for future use

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Changes requested after this time cannot be guaranteed.

During peak floral holidays — including Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day — cancellations or changes may not be possible once orders are in production.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Blooms for Love is not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, road closures, supplier disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Event Cancellations

The booking deposit is non-refundable as it reserves the event date and planning time.

If the event is cancelled within 30 days of the wedding/event date, the remaining balance may still be payable as flowers, materials, and vessels may have already been ordered or purchased for the event, and design work will already be underway.

If the event is cancelled more than 60 days before the wedding/event date, no further payment will be required.

If the event is cancelled between 30 and 60 days before the wedding/event date, the Client is responsible for 50% of the remaining balance, as flowers and materials may already be ordered.

Blooms for Love will always make reasonable efforts to minimize costs where possible.

Event Rescheduling

If the event is rescheduled and Blooms for Love is available on the new date, payments already made can be applied to the new event.

If Blooms for Love is unavailable on the new date, the cancellation policy above will apply.
